Smart Home Automation In La Jolla That Includes Lutron Lighting
This La Jolla smart home project that also included lutron lighting controls was for a long term client that we work with. They were interested in having the homes lighting upgraded. When we walked the project with the client, we decided on a variation of lighting. We included some soffit lighting in part of the home and garage. There was also going to be new puck lighting and some direction lighting for artwork. And finally the addition of a chandelier.

The art lighting for this La Jolla home was directional can lighting so that we made sure that we could highlight his artwork completely. We also added directional LED and down lighting with the use of can lights. By using LED lighting in this La Jolla home, we were working to make things more efficient and LED lighting is much more aesthetically pleasing. Puck lighting was used for the cabinet areas that also highlighted some of the clients additional artwork
Soffit lighting Used For Accents With The Lutron Lighting Controls
The soffit lighting was used to add accent lighting to the bar area along with a large amount of soffit lighting with Lutron lighting controls for the garage. When using soffit lighting, it adds a unique look to the room and also makes the space look larger. The garage was designed to greatly benefit the use of soffit lighting as the ceiling was recessed which made it a perfect fit. In this garage we removed and replaced the existing incandescent Cove lighting and replaced it with new LED lighting 1800 Kelvin to match the existing incandescent color. This is all controlled with the Lutron lighting control system.
Audio Video In La Jolla With Televisions And Complete Sound system
We included the addition of some new flat screen televisions along with a new sound system and flush mounted speakers throughout the home. The sound system installation was set up to allow every room the ability to utilize the whole house audio so you can maximize your music listening experience.
